By accessing the platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and you must discontinue use immediately.

Borrow24 operates as a loan facilitation platform connecting potential borrowers with independent lending institutions. We do not directly issue loans, make credit decisions, or determine loan terms.
Important Notice:
- Approval is subject to the sole discretion of our partner lenders.
- Interest rates, fees, and repayment terms are determined entirely by the lender post-application.
- We are not responsible for any adverse decisions made by third-party lenders based on your application data.

As a user of Borrow24, you represent and warrant that:

This includes the sharing of necessary application data with our lending partners solely for the purpose of facilitating your loan request.
